Hm…not sure about this one. I think it might have worked better if it was Janet’s old stapler that she wanted replaced, or a new one she had requisitioned. In my experience, cats know all about their own stuff. Still worth it for the depiction of Janet-as-psycho in the last panel. (I know, I know, easy to be a critic, harder to be a creator…)

maybe it’s poiting out the fact that cats don’t see under their nose 🙂 like when you point that piece of ham ten times before they find it and eat it

  • Louis Richards

Just point the blippin’ Red Dot at it.

    I am totally stumped. 🙁

“Cats can not see anything placed directly below their nose. Cat vision is sharpest when an object is between 2-3 feet (0.6-0.9 meters) from the cat’s face.” So Janet unknowingly moved the stapler to where Mr Cat was very unlikely to see it. [Source:

  • I totally get this. I had an experience like this with my cats earlier this evening.

    Poor Janet

And after this, they’ll nickname the stapler… JOHN CENA!!!
